Fibonacci AI is an AI-powered presentation generation service. You can access it via our website at fibonacciai.io and through our Telegram bot. The Service allows you to create presentations by entering a topic or text, which our AI then processes to generate a complete presentation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account or authenticate via Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and payment processing.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
  • Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Free tier and trial

We may offer a free tier or trial period. Free tier usage is subject to limitations described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable usage
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

Presentations generated by the Service are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of generated content. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aktobe, Kazakhstan.
