This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Alexandrina LLP ("we", "us", or "our") provides refunds for purchases made through fibonacciai.io.

1. Payments processed by Paddle

All payments for Fibonacci AI subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing and refund processing on our behalf.

2. 14-day refund guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at fibonaccislide@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details.

3. Subscription renewals

Refunds are not provided for subscription renewal charges if the renewal has already been processed, except in the following cases:

  • You were charged incorrectly or there was a technical error
  • The Service was unavailable for a significant period during the billing period
  • You did not receive the features included in your subscription

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at fibonaccislide@gmail.com
  • Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
  • Briefly describe the reason for your request

We will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Refund requests made after 14 days of initial purchase (unless covered by section 3)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial use of a subscription period (we do not provide pro-rated refunds)
